The third 'posy' of the series features the phrase 'sense of beauty' along with the words 'artist' and 'delicately.' There is likely a found poem here somewhere! 'sense of beauty' has a 100 year old reclaimed barn shingle as its substrate.

Materials: 

Pages from vintage books form part of this collage, along with garden twine. Acrylic and watercolour paints are also included.

In keeping with the salvaged wood substrate, the sides are unfinished, with bits of paper and paint drips visible. This piece has a twine hanger that can be folded back if you wish to prop it on a mini easel, bookshelf, mantle, or table. Signed on the back, this piece is finished with a matte varnish to ensure protection against fading, discolouration, and moisture. Avoid placing all artwork in direct sunlight.
