The iridescent wings of a dragonfly allow it to perform impressive acrobatics. lace wings is a light and airy collage with pastel dragonflies which are believed to represent magic, wisdom, and transformation. A wonderful charm to hang above a desk or to prop on an easel to brighten a special corner.

This piece was created on a salvaged wood scrap from a lumber yard in New Brunswick. Layers include acrylic paint, watercolour crayones and Japanese papers. This collage also includes a grey ribbon hanger that can be removed or taped back, should you wish to display it on an easel.

Signed on the back, this piece is finished with a matte varnish to ensure protection against fading, discolouration, and moisture. Avoid placing all artwork in direct sunlight.
