On my messy art table, I have an antique saucer filled with random words and phrases. The right ones always just seem to find their way to a place they belong. I feel certain that the words also make their way to the people to whom they belong.

Plum, sage, and pink Japanese papers are layered on a scrap of solid reclaimed wood, with its grain peeking through in places. 'thriving' is a bit of text from a vintage history book. This piece will stand alone, but could also be placed on a wall, using a sawtooth hanger or poster hanging strips.

Signed on the back, this piece is finished with a matte varnish to ensure protection against fading, discolouration, and moisture. Avoid placing all artwork in direct sunlight.
